Indian Constitution PART 1

Indian Constitution a revered book for Indians.It defines the government functions and what all people of Indian should upheld.It is like a sacred text for Indians which defines boundary for every one.It is also the longest written constitution of any sovereign country,containing 448 articles,25 parts,12 schedules,5 appendices,98 amendments.I like to discuss every word and its definition.

ARTICLES:Code or systems for rule,it defines what all government should do,there restrictions..etc.

PARTS:The all articles are different parts.

SCHEDULES:additional details about constitution.
Constitution also written in hindi also.
Only countries such as INDIA,USA,JAPAN,CANADA,  etc have written constitution.And counties
such as British don't have any written constitution.Indian constitution was created by constituent assembly hence according to constitution, Constitution power is supreme then parliamentary power.We will discuss about constituent assembly in detail.
 
                                    CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY OF INDIA       
Our Constitution was written and well discussed among all the members in constituent assembly.Constituent assembly comprises of all members from different religions and different parties,overall its amalgam of every different view thoroughly compressed to form a sacred book like our Constitution.
The idea to have a constitution for India really started before a 1940es.The man behind the idea is M.N Roy in 1934(a legend of communist movement in INDIA).Because of his foresightedness we can see  a Constitution today.After the idea was raised like a bubble and INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS started to demand a constitution for India in 1935,and after  lot of negotiations at last in AUGUST 1940 British accepted our demands. On 8 August 1940 , a statement was made by the then Viceroy LORD Linlithgow in so called AUGUST OFFER to allow Indians to draft there own constitution.After the start given by LORD linlithgow the elections for constituent assembly were held first time under  Cabinet Mission Plan of 1946.The drafting of constitution of India was started under constituent assembly under Cabinet MISSION Plan on 16 may 1946.The members who will  represent there part  in constituent assembly were elected by provisional assembly by single ,transferable vote system of proportional representations.  (to be continued....plz check my latest posts).
